And the reason why is pretty simple. They're not getting what they need for one reason, because there's so much waste, fraud, and abuse. And When you have this level of waste, fraud, and abuse, and you have this many people that are backed up trying to get real health care, whether it's fraud in the, in Medicare, Medicaid, and then you're not getting the best care you can get because there's too many people stealing from the system.
