We were talking about the fraud there, but the Wall Street Journal came out with a very interesting report and I think it's worth us taking a moment to talk about it. It's the biggest fraud in welfare and it just talks about how much abuse there is in the welfare system that's costing hundreds of billions of dollars to American taxpayers.
