You read that and you just think about how much money this is that not only was stolen from the taxpayers and they go into how much it kept growing and growing and growing these programs. But It's obvious that people knew there was fraud. Then you find out it's going to a terrorist organization. And so we're funding the terrorist organization. How the hell do people not go to jail for this? Well, they are. A number of people are being prosecuted. (21:02–21:08)
