Now, I just want to make clear that when in Florida we were pleading with people to give us advice based on scientific evidence, That we were getting these conflicting statements by you that didn't match scientific data. And in fact, when we empaneled a grand jury, the grand jury's conclusion, not surprising to anyone. And by the way, we're still the only state to have empaneled a grand jury. I was the only Attorney General to do this. We did this in 2023. That conclusion was the lockdown mask and social distancing. Advice ministered by federal agencies and implemented by certain local, state and federal agencies was not based on the best available scientific data. In fact, many recommendations and their accompanying mandates departed significantly from available research. Again, people from all walks of life, all political persuasions, that is what they found.
