And here's what really bugs me. Article 2 of the Constitution, which gives the President what power he or she has, is very limited. In fact, I went back and reread it recently. The President only really is given two, I'd say one and a half unilateral powers. The one is the power of pardon. There's no check or balance. President has that power, absolutely unfettered power.
