This is a unique hearing in that it combines the defense nuclear programs at the Department of Energy with those of the Department of Defense. The NNSA is the busiest since it's been in the 1980s in Meeting Department of Defense requirements while at the same time modernizing Manhattan era production facilities. And I've been to some of those facilities and I can honestly say there's some of the fewer. There are a few facilities in our government that are older than I am and those meet that criteria.
