And There's always kind of like a running joke in Wisconsin about how like I'm not driving drunk, I'm just trying to avoid potholes. Like that's how it feels. And I've seen so many people talk about it's the mayor's fault, it's the city's fault, all of these things. And I think there's an important civics lesson here. (06:06–06:14)
