And because you see the premiums, if you're looking at this graph, you see the premiums go up and up and up, the taxpayer portion of subsidy goes up and up and up. So You have an increase overall of about, I think from 2014 to 2026 on average was about $5,416. Is that right? Yep. So the premium from 2014 to 2026 more than doubled up $5,400. And the taxpayer share of that increase is almost the full amount, 90% of that increase in premium borne by taxpayers. (11:13–11:24)
