The other question, Troy, is what about all the other mandates that have been coming to the states? Whether it's a Common Core mandate, a special ed mandate, whatever it is, what happens to those mandates? Well, quite frankly, Unless Congress gets in and takes action, then those mandates actually remain in place. and we're going to have to figure out what happens there.
