Do you think that this is more of a hanging weight on Republican statewide that consistently is just being brought up by Democrats or brought up as policy? We have voted in the past. I know in Milwaukee, having gone out to vote, it Marijuana has been on ballots in Milwaukee but never actually got legalized after those ballots. It just kind of was a cudgel that kind of brings people out, but nothing really ever seems to ever happen. It doesn't ever seem to go fully across the line. (08:27–08:33)
