Because when we did driver's licenses for undocumented, it shows on the Department of Motor Vehicle list the name and it says you're undocumented. They wanted that Department of Motor Vehicle list so they'd have in one place who's undocumented, their address and their picture. So it would be a phenomenal vehicle for the immigration enforcement. We had a war over that, and I would not give it to them. (33:15–33:24)
