And artificially just saying to landlords, well, you're going to eat the cost. I know it feeds the stereotype evil rich landlord, but that is not sustainable. Right. The real answer is build more housing quickly. Affordable certainly, but even market rate. Because if there was more market rate, you start to bring down the cost.
