I engaged the Moreland Commission to start an investigation on these issues to document that there was reason for these reforms. And that was the purpose of the Moreland Commission. It was circumscribed to that extent. The Moreland Commission started to function. The legislature then agreed to the reforms on outside clients, client disclosure, public finance pilot starting in 2014, I believe with the controller's office. So I accomplished the goal. I ended the Marlin Commission. The cases that any cases that the Morning Commission had found or any wrongdoing they found was referred to the appropriate law enforcement officers. (30:21–30:43)
