Why can't government produce if the private sector can produce? I think the whole rationale of why we have to accept less is bullshit. Look at the private sector. Look at it in Manhattan. Look at Hudson Yards. Thousands of new units, high rises. The entire west side. Manhattan West. Look at Brooklyn, Domino Sugar, where they built thousands of units in neighborhoods that were deteriorated that nobody would go to Williamsburg. (07:51–08:02)
