And in the meantime, as an assemblyman, he voted to give himself the highest rent, the highest pay increase, where the New York State legislature is now paid more than any legislature in the United States. And he hasn't moved out. So I'm going to propose, I've already proposed that New York City take over its own right to control its own housing. It's called the RSTAT law.
