Yeah, so people are really, I mean, I have had some folks who have literally cried. You know, the city of Carlton is a town that, you know, doesn't have a lot of resources. It's really expensive to get any kind of wastewater or drinking water upgrades to replace pipes [in Carlton]. because even though they're just, again, right outside of Portland. Right. It gets rural very fast. And the number of ratepayers, when a project comes online, first of all, the cost is the same as it would be in Portland. (10:27–10:34)
