I know that this is something that I have suffered the slings and arrows of losing staff and committee chairmanships under Robin Voss for saving taxpayers money through government contracting reform. I am basically somebody that's been willing to shut down government to make sure that we actually look in depth, line by line, zero based budgeting to make sure that we actually reduce spending. I proposed those cuts to my colleagues on the Finance Committee. I wish that at some point we can get those done. Unfortunately there's no interest. (37:55–38:09)
