I would like to see a bill that actually did something on the deficit, and that's a hard thing to do. But This bill adds so much money, like $3 trillion to the debt. And because of that, it has triggered Medicare cuts. Once you hit a certain amount of money in debt, it actually triggers Medicare cuts, which is going to hurt rural hospitals, not to mention the Medicaid cuts that are in there. (01:46–01:51)
