This work has a lot of deep roots. As you know, it's building on a lot of years of federal and private leadership in this space. From the 21st Century Secures act in 2016, to the launch of Blue Button here at CMS and to countless other rules and APIs and private sector efforts. These have shared a lot of commonality through time and that's really often a shared goal to give patients control of their information and to help the healthcare system work better for everyone, including patients, providers, caregivers, payers and tech innovators.
