The last time we had a very serious government shutdown was during the Trump administrator, the first Trump administration, where that shutdown lasted a very long time. It was, in fact, the year that I was sworn in. It was the first time in history that a new Congress was sworn in to a shutdown government. Now, I want to speak to the fact of the federal employees being affected. What we saw at the beginning of the year with Doge mass layoffs and all of these tremendous cuts that were happening at Federal agencies. (51:00–51:06)
