This is just a reminder that what happens when you don't know what you're doing as President of the United States, When you send in DHS, when you send in the National Guard and they don't know the community, they don't have the rapport and the trust of the community, things get out of hand. And then the federal officials are in the position of having to call in LAPD to help them bring the temperature down in a situation or the sheriff's office in parts of the county outside the city of Los Angeles.
