We have these kinds of problems with violence and discipline in schools I think because parents aren't teaching their children how to behave and holding them accountable. Now from a legislative perspective, We did pass House Bill 6 last year. It went into effect this year so it's just getting started. but it was called the School Discipline Reform Bill, and it removed a lot of roadblocks that the administrators and the schools have when it comes to removing violent and disruptive students.
