One is to go to the Pennsylvania Department of State's website, vote.pa.gov or you could go to the Committee of 70's website, 70.org to learn a little bit more about what's involved. Again, it's really not complicated. I know this might seem new to a lot of people and could seem more complicated than it really is, but it doesn't take much time and is well worth doing.
