Prior to that, I served as city commissioner or one of the election commissioners in Philadelphia for 10 years. And then prior to that, was involved in. I worked at the Government Accountability Office in Washington, D.C. to make sure that public services were delivered efficiently, efficiently and effectively without waste, fraud, abuse or corruption.
