Friends, to all who are within the sound of my voice, all who are viewing this statement that I'm about to make, I want it to be made perfectly clear that The Supreme Court of the United States of America has made it easy and quite possible for invidious discrimination to take place when redistricting is done. To be more specific, they have allowed now a system to develop wherein the parties who are drafting the lines, who are gerrymandering to do so with racial designs, and yet have the Supreme Court approve what they've done.
