We're going to have to get very, very serious about working with those who have mental health issues. We need more psychiatric beds, we need more expansion in our mental health facilities. That has got to be priority. We need more supportive housing. which of course comes along with the whole housing expansion anyway. So those things are on the forefront. We have got to deal with this perception that crime is out of control in New York. (04:37–04:40)
