This $5 billion also takes care of NYCHA repairs and Michal Lama repairs for those residents that need to stay there and indignity where their apartments may be in disrepair. And we know many, many units are in disrepair. Part of this money also goes to homeowners who may lose their homes to foreclosure and deed theft that need repairs to their homes in order to make their homes safe and up to code as well. And also we're expanding financing for city FEPS vouchers to make sure that folks are able to subsidize their rent, stay where they are and move out of shelter and also prevent eviction.
