And that is because Even when you have very restrictive laws like this that make it harder and harder for US Citizens to vote, we're finding that without the appropriate resources to educate the voting public and to make sure that the systems themselves run well, you're going to have issues. And some eligible US Citizens may be denied the right to vote. That's a problem.
