Could you explain any further how you determine who would and wouldn't get money? Is it just wiping out the fund or how does this bill work it functionally wipes out the fund. It precludes the use of a fund initiated as a result of a lawsuit by the president or vice president. So while it talks in terms of the president, vice president, it essentially would abolish this fund. It is not personal to this president and vice president. (15:03–15:11)
