We don't talk about it enough and we don't protect it enough. And we haven't made an investment in water storage of any significance in half a century. And in fact, In 2014 I was a co-author of the bipartisan water bond that put aside $3 billion. And it looks like with Governor Newsom's latest moves, we may be getting close to actually realizing a new reservoir north of Sacramento which will contribute to creating a sustainable both sustainability for communities as well as sustainability for agriculture.
