And in rural America it truly really is just the daily issues that face them. Gas is expensive because we in rural America are driving a lot more than a lot of other people. Our healthcare costs are much higher per capita because we just don't have the same type of supply options, if you will, in the medical marketplace. The same thing is happening in the schools as well. I appreciate that there's a whole conversation about school choice even in the districts that want it. (01:56–02:07)
