Water is really important. We don't have enough of it. You know, I grew up in the Midwest a little bit, and I'm up in Montana, where it's also dry. And Colorado is the headwaters for a 100-year-old agreement between seven states and 30 tribal lands. It goes all the way from California, Arizona, Nevada. We also have what are known as upper basin states in Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming and Colorado. (07:48–07:57)
