Well, and so I'll go back to the cannabis bill, because I think we're right in the middle of what that looks like. Certainly, Virginia has. We've legalized the recreational use of cannabis. That was a couple years ago. But Without a retail market for the recreational use of cannabis, there's kind of this gray area. which is a gray area from a public health standpoint, certainly from a public safety standpoint.
